The Origin Story

A Game Ahead of Its Time

In the early 1977s, a visionary game designer patented an extraordinary variant of checkers that would challenge everything players knew about the classic game.

The innovation was deceptively simple: before each turn, players slide three pairs of rows across the board, fundamentally altering the battlefield. What seemed like a small mechanical change created entirely new strategic dimensions.

For decades, this brilliant design remained largely unknown. Now, we're bringing it back for a new generation of strategic thinkers.

How It Works

The Revolutionary Twist

Board Composition

The board consists of 5 plates:

  • 2 fixed plates of 20 squares each
  • 3 sliding plates of 24 squares each

These plates create a mobile board, making each game dynamic and strategic.

Game Objective

Like classic Checkers: capture all opponent pieces or block them.

Turn Sequence

1

Starting position: The overflow from the sliding plates must be on your left before any move. At this moment, all squares are playable.

2

Piece movement: Play according to traditional Checkers rules (diagonal moves, mandatory captures, King promotion...).

3

Board movement: Once the piece is moved, push the overflow to the right. This prepares the board for your opponent's turn.

4

Next turn: Players alternate in this manner each turn.

Golden Rule

It is strictly forbidden to move or push the plates before playing a piece.
